Thanks so much for helping to sort out the headache formerly known as trying to by an insurance policy. I don’t know how you guys can stand to be in the insurance industry but I’m sure glad you are! It seems like every insurance company employs the same bunch of people to write their policies and documentation, almost all of it completely incomprehensible to the average person. The fact that everything was explained to me in plain English and was easily understood was the icing on the cake, as then I was actually able to make an informed decision as to which insurance company from whom I would eventually decide to purchase a policy.
